Venture Capitalists are known to be uptight and boring. Let's break this stupid stereotype. Being convinced that alcohol is the answer to most of life's problems, I organize monthly VC Beer Pong League parties. Only VC’s. Only for glory! Whoever said entrepreneurs were cool and VC’s were boring shall be defeated. We have fun, play Beer Pong and Corn Hole, grill whatever can be grilled, enjoy dance and anti-networking time in a pretty legit backyard.
Being a woman in Venture Capital industry can be very challenging. You can check out what it's like to be a (woman) in VC by browsing this comic series: The V in VC.
San Francisco is drowning in tech boredom. Hackman and Hactor are here to save it. For now, as a comic on a wall somewhere in North Beach.
Of all the websites that I've designed so far, my absolute favorite is www.gva.capital
Some hipster artwork for .908 co-living website.
From prototyping to pitch rehearsals to pitch deck design, branding and strategy - it feels great to help entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley and outside of it. Here are some samples of my work that I've done so far for over 15 startups that raised $20M+ in seed funding.
Cuba is my home. My home is amazing. It is full of creative and hard-working people. Vistar is the first non-state media in Cuba: a beautiful magazine about arts and lifestyle. Made by Cubans, for Cubans. I feel extremely proud to be involved in its production and development since the very beginning.
Of all the places, by far my favorite spot for art is the bathroom. Because the longest time people enjoy art is in the bathroom. Glad young entrepreneurs have enough time to check out my Silicon Valley Alphabet.
When I was 12, I developed a weird passion for strangers. I meet them everywhere - in the airport, in the bar or on my way to work. I listen to their stories and draw their portraits. I gather it all in my diary which already has over 300 stories and pictures of people who I meet on the street. People whose random appearance in my life make huge difference. This diary will never end.
As someone who lived through two divorces and looking for a third one (and they lived happily ever after, of course) I have a lot to share about ups and downs of... pretty much everything. More of this @daria.is.great on Instagram.

I love my friends. I also love making gifts. Here are some of them: from posters to hand-drawn books, to surfboards and wedding cards.
